Title:John Legend - Show Me Release Date: Oct 25, 2006 Review: One word describes this track from John Legend's newest release, "Once Again"; HAUNTING! From its lilting melodies, Legend emulates a lover desperately seeking just one reason why to save his relationship. Something people in AND out of relationships can relate for, we pine WITH our newest musical legend-in-the-making when his lyrics drip with frustration tears. ...
VIDEO DROP: The Game feat. Kanye West - "Wouldn't Get Far"
I love this damn video. The Game is my dude and well, Kanye, he's a prodigal son in many ways, but we won't judge him for that (at least not this time around). This song is damn funny and if you don't think so, you're probably one of the hookers ladies bein' shouted out. Plus, I never thought I'd say this, but you gotta give it up to Gloria Velez for havin' a sense of humor.
VIDEO DROP: John Legend - "PDA (We Just Don't Care)"
This one's for you, for you, and you... well, it's for anyone who's not single basically. The very happy-in-love John Legend is pumping out his third video from his new album "Once Again" and it's an equally romantic video.
...into ambiguously fat, creepy former pop stars. Jeff Timmons of 98 Degress fame, Rich Cronin of LFO (he's the one who battled through cancer, thus the only one I respect), Chris Kirkpatrick of N*SYNC, some arbitrary-ass gay hairdresser they picked up on the way to the Super Bowl festivities, debuted at a VH1 event and managed to fool even the press into thinking they're taking themselves seriously.
Is anyone else embarassed to be looking at this at work?
The family of 38-year old Awatef Aboudihaj followed through and filed a wrongful death suit against Brandy after the pop singer cut short the mother of one's life. The grand total? $50 MILLION!!!!!.
Can't say I'm surprised. Sometimes grieving families can be the worst of gold-diggers, real talk.
Busy day for me today, but I can't tell you how much joy this clip just brought me. Yeah, yeah, it's probably fake but just for a second, pretend that it's not. Don't we all know somebody like this?
[p.s. hang in until almost the halfway point where the drama begins]
From the South Side Bronx to the South Side Puerto Rico, Jennifer Lopez has never looked better. Yeah, I said it. The original (kinda) fly girl really does her thing here with a grown and sexy video and song that almost makes us forget about the "Ain't It Funny" remix with Ja Rule. Ughh, flashbacks.
If you're like me, you're a fan of emo kids. Not that you necessarily wanna be them, they're just cool to watch from afar and maybe sneak a couple of their songs onto your iPod. Now... if you're a fan of pop-emo-punk-rock, then you unquestionably bump with Fall Out Boy. Yeah, yeah, the album's already leaked online. Old news. But what you didn't know before today, was that in conjunction with MTV, Pete, Patrick, and the boys are launching their own 1-night, 3-city Infinity Flight 206 Tour!!
