Lindsay Lohan is headed for trouble!

The recovering drug and alcohol addict was spotted clubbing not once but twice this past weekend.

On Friday night, she was seen at Hollywood hotspot Les Deux and on Saturday she made an appearance at club Area.

This bitch is begging for a relapse!

Rehab seems like it's been having a wonderful effect on Lindsay Lohan.

The recovering actress looks healthy and happy and was in great spirits - stopping to sign autographs - while out on a coffee run in Los Angeles this weekend.

Maybe Wonderland's unorthodox treatment practices are doing some good after all!

Lindsay Lohan was all smiles - and, more importantly - looked healthy as she stopped by a nearby Coffee Bean in LA on Friday.

With the right support system and with a true commitment to her health, we may be seeing a new and improved Lilo!

Maybe rehab is doing her good?

Lindsay Lohan seems to be taking steps in the right direction these days.

The actress has dropped out of her next movie, A Woman of No Importance, to take the time to truly get healthy and beat her drug and alcohol addiction.

As is everything Lohan-related, she can't do anything quietly, though.

On Thursday, Lindsay's publicist issued the following statement about her decision to pull out of the film.

"If anything has been learned, it's that what she needs comes first - and right now she needs focus," says her rep, adding that Lohan dropped out of the project "so she can focus on getting better" and she "decided not to push herself."

Good job, Lindz.

While Lindsay Lohan is currently (allegedly) in rehab for her drug and alcohol addiction, her incarcerated father is sending the troubled actress a note of support.

An even bigger - if that's possible - media whore than his daughter, Michael Lohan sent In Touch Weekly the following letter from his jail cell.

He says:

Dear Lindsay,

I'm so proud of you in that you are taking back control of your life and putting it back on track like God wants. Now it's time to "clean house," in every sense of the word, and start anew.

As I've always told you Linds, you are blessed and God wants you to use your blessing to set an example and bless others through it as well. - You have such a kind and loving heart, which is more valuable than the world has to offer. You know that, God knows that and so do I - I've seen it in so many tears we've shed on each others' shoulders, through the love, pain and while helping others. Remember the boy in the wheelchair while we attended ABC Primetime at Disneyland, or how about the little girl with cancer at Leigh Valley Hospital? We sow in tears but can reap in joy Lindsay. But it's all up to us. The treasure is in your heart and that's where it belongs.

What you are going to learn now is that turning to God is the most important part of turning it all around. Living by the truth, God's principles and people who do the same. Make that searching moral inventory and "clean house." Then fill it with love, forgiveness and all that you know is right by God rather than man. People, places and things are huge factors Lindsay, remember that. Believe me, I know! This is a walk you will make with God and a choice of your own. And anyone who offers you advice to the contrary, or advises you to say or do anything which isn't right needs to find a walk of their own.

I'm not going to point fingers, make excuses or expose anyone, but I will say this: You know the truth, I know the truth, God knows the truth, and while that's all that truly matters, living by the truth is the glue that will hold it all together. God is synonymous with truth, just as Satan is the "father of lies." We follow one or the other, it's as simply as that. It's our choice and one which will dictate the course of our lives. But for one second, don't think that what others do won't effect our lives as well. Sometimes we too suffer for the ones we love. No matter how right we may be. It's all part of the cost of being blessed.

This is your chance my love, start from the beginning. Fill yourself with the kind of love and good, God wants you to have and you'll be blessed more than ever.

Multiple sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Mike Tyson checked into the Wonderland Center, the same rehab facility that Lindsay Lohan is currently undergoing treatment at for her drug addictions.

The former heavyweight champ checked himself in to the center this past weekend, sources tell us, and he's already began attending outpatient "meetings" around Los Angeles, as is the facility's standard operating practice.

This is not Tyson's first attempt at sobriety. He checked into rehab in 2006 and many times before then.

Lindsay Lohan is back at work on the set of her new movie and - more importantly - working the paparazzi. The media whore, who is "allegedly" in rehab, went shopping at Dior on Sunday in Los Angeles.

She should buy some dignity, humility and sincerity next time she hits the stores!

Now, new reports reveal that Lohan is going back to work on her film full-time.

Dakota Fanning's new film, Hounddog aka "the rape movie," has been met with terrible reviews at Sundance and (thus far) failed to get distribution.

"No one wants it after the terrible reviews," says one distributor.

And, it might be a good thing Lohan will miss out on the premiere of her new film, Chapter 27, from which many fled before it ended in the two audiences that have seen it.

On the bright side?

A comedy called Teeth - about a vagina with chompers - has been sold and is getting a generous amount of buzz.

We always used to think vaginas had teeth!

A ridiculous amount of almost 50 paparazzi hounded Lindsay Lohan at her AA meeting on Monday in West Hollywood - at a location we will not disclose.

"It was insane," one of those inside tells PerezHilton.com. "I've never seen that many paparazzi waiting on the attack before. And they were vicious. They kept yelling at people as they were coming out, telling them to get out of the way in their attempts to get a shot of Lindsay. Some disgusting paparazzi even were yelling and taunting at people to go to a bar and get a drink."

That is just wrong on soooo many levels!

Seriously, can't the paparazzi leave Lohan alone as he tries to get her life in order???

Their presence could be a possible deterrent from her wanting to go to meetings and get better.

We really hope other media outlets refuse to run these pictures and that the photogs leave Lindsay alone at AA and at rehab.

All other times? She's fair game!
