An Eeveelution added later in the Pokémon cycle (at Gold/Silver, specifically), Espeon is a result of fulfilling Eevee’s Happiness meter during the day or using a Sun Shard. If you level up your Eevee’s Happiness at night, you’ll end up with the opposite Eeveelution – Umbreon, who specializes in Dark attacks. A beautiful lavender cat-like Pokémon with a split tail, Espeon specializes in Psychic-type moves and is one of the prettiest Eeveelutions around. - KRISTINE
