Nurse leaders from across the country gathered last week to discuss the future of age-friendly care. 🤝 Last week, AONL hosted "Nursing Leaders: Shaping the Future of Age-Friendly Care," bringing together nationally renowned speakers with expertise in age-friendly care and nurse leaders representing a wide range of roles, settings and expertise across the healthcare ecosystem. Through focus groups and open dialogue, participants shared knowledge, generated ideas to improve care for older adults and explored the role of nursing leadership in moving this work forward. The curiosity and engagement in the room made for a meaningful day, and every contribution added value to the conversation. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their perspective. 💙 #NurseLeaders #AgeFriendlyCare
