🎉 Congratulations to S. Pat Tsen on being named Chief Deputy Executive Director of the California Public Utilities Commission! Pat joined the CPUC in 2013 as an Administrative Law Judge and has taken on different leadership roles. Since 2022, Pat has led the CPUC’s work on consumer policy, transportation, and enforcement, including statewide rail safety, ride-hailing and autonomous vehicle oversight, and the Access for All Program.
