(SMS), a Massachusetts-based provider of metallurgical, materials and microscopy testing services, in its sale to Phenna Group, an Oakley Capital portfolio company and global provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance services. The Casner deal team included partner Peter Cifichiello and associate Sebastian Estrada. They advised SMS on all legal aspects of the transaction, from initial negotiations and due diligence through the definitive agreement and closing.
