📈 Topline results are in. In a head-to-head Phase 3 study in adults with type 2 diabetes, our first-in-class investigational triple agonist delivered greater reductions in A1C and more than double the weight loss compared to an injectable GLP-1 at 80 weeks. Head-to-head studies like this show how potential treatment options truly compare, and, for people living with type 2 diabetes where weight loss can be hard, these results could be transformative. Nearly 70% of women with advanced ovarian cancer will see their cancer return. The standard of care for platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer has remained unchanged for a decade and demands new treatment options. At #ESMO26, we shared new clinical data from a Phase 1 study of our investigational antibody-drug conjugate, where nearly 8 in 10 women saw their tumors shrink. Today we broke ground at our second facility in two months as part of our ongoing investment in U.S. manufacturing. Producing innovative cancer treatments takes not only the right technology and equipment, but the right people. This new facility will create 650 high-wage jobs for scientists, engineers and technicians, and even more construction jobs as the rendering comes to life. New post-hoc analyses from our Phase 3 LUCENT and VIVID studies evaluated multidimensional one-year outcomes in adults with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, including those with prior biologic failure.
