Gifted with ADHD was founded by Juliet O'Rourke. She is a certified ADHD coach who specialises in helping adults with ADHD lead more intentional and fulfilling lives by uncovering their unique gifts and strengths. Juliet believes it’s through self-acceptance and understanding their ADHD brain that clients can thrive and not just survive with ADHD. Juliet’s coaching style is rooted in creating a safe, validating space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She combines her counselling background with in-depth ADHD knowledge to support her clients emotional well-being while helping them achieve the outcomes they desire. Her mission is to help those with ADHD navigate life with greater ease, confidence, and purpose.
