One of my favorite things about working at Givebutter is that community isn't just something we build for our customers. It's something we build for each other, too. 💛 As we celebrated the launch of Spread, our Butterslices came together for 10+ in-person watch parties across our hubs, plus a virtual celebration for our teammates working outside of those hubs! There was coworking, brainstorming, team lunches, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, time spent together. 🧈 As a remote-first company, creating opportunities for connection is something we're really intentional about. And as a People leader, getting to help foster that sense of community internally is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Because while we're incredibly proud of the technology we're building to bring communities together, I'm equally proud of the community we're building behind it. A little glimpse into what it looks like when Butterslices get together. 💛✨
