At AUSA 2026, GM Defense is showcasing EPIQ Hybrid — an early prototype exploring the next generation of expeditionary power. Designed around a single, deployable unit, EPIQ Hybrid combines a 30 kW tactical generator, a 50 kWh battery pack and 60 kW power conversion to provide reliable, low-signature power for demanding mission environments. The goal is simple: reduce logistics burden, improve generator efficiency, support silent-watch operations and simplify deployment. This is an early step, but an important one. By applying GM’s commercial battery technology and manufacturing expertise to defense needs, GM Defense is helping shape what comes next in expeditionary power. Stop by booth 8014 to learn more!
