Medical breakthroughs shouldn't take decades to reach the patients who need them. Under President Trump and Secretary Kennedy, HHS is modernizing clinical trials to cut delays, reduce costs, and accelerate medical innovation. Through Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)'s new SURPASS program and three complementary initiatives, we're harnessing AI, advanced technology, and real-time data to make clinical trials faster, smarter, and less burdensome for patients. America should lead the world in medical innovation, and we're working to make sure promising treatments reach patients sooner.

Recovery starts with treatment. Every American deserves a path to a better life. In Houston, Texas, Secretary Kennedy announced 8 communities selected to receive $96 MILLION through HHS' new STREETS program to confront homelessness, addiction, and serious mental illness. Under President Trump, HHS is taking treatment directly to Americans living on our streets, connecting them with recovery support, housing, and the resources they need to rebuild their lives. Through the Great American Recovery, we're working to restore hope, dignity, and independence to Americans who need it most.
