  • CEO Gary Garofalo has a plan for our UK partners: focus on (Whatsapp and to a lesser extent Lemon8) as social media bans in Europe proliferate. Australia has already created the blueprint for underage social media bans. The cliff notes: 1) Usage doesn't change much. Don't expect massive behavioral shifts 2) Lemon8 and other platforms seem to be avoiding the legislation (and getting adoption spikes) 3) Be long Whatsapp, which is exempt from the legislation and great for building communities

  • HigherDOSE's formula to have a breakout sales week in February: The wellness brand grew revenue 725% WoW the week of Feb 15, reaching a run-rate of $150k / yr... a textbook case of how self-care positioning captures mid-month demand. What made it work: ✅ Sustained creator activation on slow weeks primed for the surge ✅ Valentine's self-gifting + wellness trends aligned with the brand's positioning ✅ Program growth (recruiting) drove active seller breakout ✅ The timing: struck while shoppers were hunting for "treat yourself" gifts beyond traditional categories The cross-vertical lesson: Fashion, CPG, and pet brands that leaned into similar "gift yourself" themes all posted 30%+ WoW lifts in the same window. What other marketers can borrow: Keep creator programs active through troughs (content volume drives the next peak) and position products around emotional moments, not just product features. #marketing #ecommerce #creatorcommerce #influencermarketing #growth #brandstrategy #saas

  • At LoudCrowd, top-performing affiliate programs drive measurable impact by offering incentives beyond commission — rewarding creator engagement and participation. Here are the top 5 incentives we see work best: • Welcome Gifts – kick off excitement by seeding product so creators have something real to share • Content Rewards – automatically reward creators for hitting monthly posting goals • Challenge & Campaign Rewards – drive momentum with campaign-based challenges and tiered incentives • Milestone Rewards – give your creators an extra bonus for hitting specific sales- or program-based milestones • Product Seeding & Gifting – surprise your community with one-off drops that fuel fresh UGC When you offer rewards that align creator effort with your brand goals, you build a more active, loyal, and sales-driven community. 🤝 Read more on rewarding & product seeding best practices: https://lnkd.in/gnWHHXyA

  • ⏰ Time-to-first-post is one of the clearest predictors of affiliate performance we see. Creators who share on social within the first 7–14 days tend to convert at higher rates over time AND stay active longer. What does this mean for brands? That early momentum matters. When creators first join, excitement is high and attention is there. Strong, efficient onboarding helps capitalize on that window and makes it easy to take the first step. Start the UGC flywheel early, and you’re far more likely to see affiliates actually sell.

  • One of the most important things we give creators is visibility into their top-selling products 📊 When affiliates can see what’s actually converting, they stop guessing and start building real strategy based on a clear feedback loop. 🎯 In practice, this means affiliates can: • Double down on products that already sell • Rework winning content instead of starting from scratch • Spot patterns and repeat what works • Decide what to push next with confidence This kind of visibility changes how creators think, and how they grow.

  • Brands ask us all the time: “How do we get more creators into our program?” 👀 There’s no single lever — growth comes from stacking a few channels: Email + IG DM invites Outreach to net-new creators Recruit from people already tagging/mentioning you Auto-DM when someone tags you in Stories Promote the program on social + post-purchase email Referral rewards to bring in more creators At the end of the day, the best creators are truly loyal to the brand ❤️ — either they’re already customers, or you’ve given them a real reason to sell for you. • Brands are starting the year energized, but a little unsure how to re-activate affiliates after the post-holiday come down. Our biggest advice at LoudCrowd 👉 ask your creators. Your best program strategy is already sitting in your community - if you create the space to hear it. Instead of guessing, run a quick creator pulse check: What’s motivating them right now? What’s getting in their way? What kind of support would make creating content easier? How do they want to engage with your community? What would they like to see more of from your brand? Affiliate programs aren’t one-size-fits-all. They perform best when creators help shape them ✅

  • What do you do when you’re a LoudCrowd client with access to the two highest-converting creator affiliate tools in the world — ShopWith (direct-to-PDP with a creator shopping assistant) and Creator Storefronts? The consumer can only click one link. So which should you use? We give creators and brands a lot of guidance based on content and industry, but the short answer is: A) When inspiration is needed → send them to the Storefront B) When the ask is specific → send them directly to the product page with ShopWith Either way, the CVR lift is massive. Content is the primary driver of this decision, but industry matters too. Verticals like footwear, home, and CPG consistently show stronger performance with ShopWith. Pets, kids, jewelry, and beauty tend to skew towards Storefronts. And general fashion gets a massive boost from both. #CreatorMarketing #AffiliateMarketing #InfluencerMarketing #CVR #eCommerce

Black Friday used to be a weekend. Now it spans multiple weeks—making it harder for any one moment to truly stand out. This year, Hot Topic took a different approach: mobilizing its creator community around seasonal, 24–48 hour flash campaigns tied to native creator storefronts and unique affiliate codes. The result? ✅ A consistent 10–12% lift in average order value during key holiday activations. ✅ 31% of all UGC during the sale periods was generated by ambassadors. By giving creators: - Native Hot Topic storefronts to curate their favorite picks - Unique, stackable codes aligned with sitewide promos - Short, high-energy flash campaigns to rally their audiences Hot Topic turned creator excitement into a repeatable, revenue-driving motion—one that fans now anticipate and creators actively plan for. Even more compelling: the highest-value orders came from shoppers who discovered products through creator storefronts and converted during these flash moments—validating the power of curation + urgency. We break down the strategy, results, and what made this model scale 👇 link in caption. Big kudos to Katherine Hernandez Miller from Hot Topic for leading the charge, and to LoudCrowd's Natalie Barnes for supporting!
