We’re proud to recognize our Cedar City, Utah team for receiving the 2026 Golden Key Award from Utah’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities. Each year, the committee, and its partners, present the award to honor people and businesses that help promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The Cedar City team received the award in the medium-sized business category following its partnership with the Utah Department of Workforce Services on an employment opportunity. Our reconditioning business is an important part of how we help customers get more value from their packaging. Last week, representatives from our reconditioning sites across the EMEA region gathered in Brühl, Germany, for our 2026 Annual Reco Meeting. Over two days, teams shared best practices, discussed strategic priorities and identified opportunities to strengthen and grow the business. These discussions centered on safety, continuous improvement, PPWR, Recover Syst-M, and the evolving challenges facing the reconditioning industry. Bringing our teams together to share expertise and learn from one another helps us continuously improve how we operate and strengthen the value we deliver to customers. Recently, our teams in Brazil came together for a week focused on safety, health, environmental awareness, and prevention. The week included interactive activities and educational sessions designed to get employees thinking, talking and learning about the everyday choices that contribute to a safer workplace. Most importantly, the week created opportunities for open discussion, shared learning and greater awareness of how we can look out for one another.
