All week, the Ondas team has been meeting with Army leaders, program offices and industry partners at at AUSA. We’ve been talking about how autonomous systems help soldiers sense, decide and act first while operators stay in command. Today is the last day of the show. If you haven’t stopped by yet, come see us at Booth #3613 before the floor closes.

Ondas has completed the installation and EASA certification of its Airborne Missile Protection System (AMPS), incorporating Directional Infrared Countermeasures (DIRCM), on a Bombardier Global 7500. The certification confirms the integration meets applicable European airworthiness requirements, so the protection capability is part of the aircraft's certified configuration. AMPS was developed by BIRD Aerosystems, an Ondas company, as one end-to-end protection chain. Missile warning, threat detection and confirmation, tracking, and directional infrared countermeasures work as a single suite against MANPADS and other infrared-guided threats. The same architecture can be adapted to helicopters, transport and commercial aircraft, and VVIP/head-of-state aircraft. For government and VVIP operators, certification is the step that lets a protection capability be fielded on the aircraft. Ondas runs these as turnkey programs, from system design and integration through certification, installation, and operational support. https://lnkd.in/gVi5eTJB

Ondas and Palantir Technologies have formed Regna AI, a standalone private company powered by Palantir and bootstrapped by Ondas. Regna AI will help governments and enterprises develop and deploy mission-specialized fine-tuned AI models within their own sovereign environments. The architecture combines open-weight models, customer-controlled mission data, and Palantir's AIP, with Palantir providing model-training infrastructure and delivery support. Models are designed to run inside customer environments and on edge hardware, including drones, stratospheric balloons, ground vehicles, surface vessels, and command-and-control nodes operating in DDIL conditions. Operators stay in the decision loop. The models help them assess evidence and compare options, and any proposed mission-plan updates go to a human for review and authorization. Ondas will be Regna AI's first customer, deploying fine-tuned models for autonomous mission orchestration at the edge. The work builds on the SkyWeaver C4I collaboration between Ondas and Palantir, which gives the models an operational foundation in multi-domain and degraded-connectivity environments. Regna AI will start with ISR and plans to expand into more mission areas, as well as security, critical infrastructure, and industrial markets. https://lnkd.in/gMu-erJm

Regna AI starts from one premise: governments and their defense partners should own and control both their AI models and their data. The Regna AI fact sheet shows how the company is set up to make that work. The approach has three layers. Open-weight models are post-trained on sensitive mission data for each workflow and quantized to run on edge hardware. Palantir Technologies AIP, Foundry, and Apollo handle secure data integration, AI orchestration, and deployment across on-premises, sovereign cloud, edge, and disconnected SCIF environments. Forward-deployed engineers scope and configure each workflow, then drive the model to customer benchmarks. The initial focus is ISR. That covers tasking and collection, detecting, classifying, and tracking, and operations in denied, degraded, intermittent, or limited connectivity environments. Ondas is the anchor customer, which ties model development to real mission workflows from day one.

In a letter to stockholders, Ondas Chairman and CEO Eric Brock explains where Regna AI fits in the Ondas strategy and how this new initiative can create value for Ondas’ investors. He emphasizes three vectors of value creation. The first is unlocking embedded equity value from the scaling of Regna AI. The second is moving sovereign AI development costs from Ondas to Regna AI. The third is continued access to mission-specialized models, edge processing, and autonomous mission orchestration across the Ondas systems of systems portfolio. The operational path is already set. Regna AI builds on the SkyWeaver C4I collaboration with Palantir, Ondas is its initial customer, and multi-domain ISR is the first mission area. https://lnkd.in/gmhXytKz

Ondas has received a $56 million order for Electronic Safe & Arm Devices supporting a European loitering munition program. It is the first ESAD order announced since the GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies acquisitions. Bron secured the order, and Ondas production operations in Poland support it. In a loitering munition, the ESAD sits where the weapon platform, mission logic and energetic payload meet. It controls safety, arming and initiation. That keeps the munition safe through storage, transport, handling and launch, and arms it only under the required mission conditions. Because this role is safety-critical, qualification requirements are extensive and few suppliers are qualified. The program moves into production with technology that is already qualified and a manufacturing base that is already in place. The work now is execution: on-schedule delivery, consistent quality across every unit, and production capacity that grows with customer demand. The order also supports how Ondas is building precision strike as a technology stack across platforms, navigation, mission systems, propulsion and weapon components. https://lnkd.in/gxYYRpBB

A strong start to ADEX 2026 for Ondas in Baku. Day One brought together our teams, partners, customers and industry colleagues for a full day of conversations, demonstrations and new opportunities — all under one roof at our Ondas booth. We were honored to welcome the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, for an official visit to ADEX and to showcase the technologies and capabilities we are bringing together across Ondas. A big thank you to our incredible team for the dedication and energy that made the first day such a success.

Ondas has acquired Insignito Solutions Ltd, Ottopia Defense, and CaribouLabs. The businesses add capabilities across acoustic sensing, remote operations, resilient communications and GNSS-denied navigation. Each addresses a distinct operational requirement. Insignito adds passive acoustic detection to complement radar, RF and electro-optical sensors. Ottopia Defense connects unmanned platforms with operators, supporting one-to-many supervision and direct intervention. Caribou Labs provides positioning and communications capabilities for environments where GNSS is unavailable. Ondas intends to integrate these technologies across its portfolio, connecting detection, connectivity, navigation and mission execution within its systems of systems approach. https://lnkd.in/gviSVuYH
