We’re introducing Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) for Replit, with options for development and production in your cloud, whether you use Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our approach gives security and platform teams greater isolation and control while preserving the familiar Replit experience. With Full BYOC, both your development environment and published applications run in your cloud. That includes the Agent harness, so your network policies can govern Agent’s activity. Keeping the harness alongside compute, storage, and the file system also reduces latency from cross-region round trips during development. We’re introducing Full BYOC as a private preview, with BYOC for published apps and image exports in enterprise early access. Availability varies by cloud and configuration.
