🍺 The results are in for Rover’s 2026 Dog Friendly Pub Awards! 🐾 Our official Tavern Testers and their four-legged companions have put over 110 pubs across the UK through their paces to find the ultimate spots for pups and their people, evaluating everything from canine accessibility to treat selections and welcoming atmospheres. From 'bark bangers' and dedicated pup menus to custom kibble machines and cozy dog beds, this year’s winners have taken pet hospitality to a whole new level! Why does canine hospitality matter so much? Our 2026 research found that dogs are becoming true pub regulars: • 47% of owners say their pup is on first-name terms with local pub staff. • 44% say their dog is known by the landlord and local regulars alike. • 28% of dog owners admit their pup would happily skip a park walk for a trip to the pub!
