By 2030, nearly 80% of global oil and gas production will come from mature assets — up from roughly 70% today, according to industry estimates. Well intervention is fast becoming the industry’s primary way of getting more from every producing asset. Yet as Yasser Badiei discusses in his new article, many operators still run interventions one well at a time, with data, engineering and execution being handled in separate systems, often by separate teams. SLB has been awarded a 15-year digital drilling agreement by TotalEnergies to deploy the DrillPlan™ coherent well planning and engineering solutions. The deployment will connect subsurface insights with well engineering and drilling planning, bringing critical inputs including offset well data, trajectory designs, casing and completion inputs and planning assumptions into a more connected digital environment. The agreement builds on the long-standing collaboration between SLB and TotalEnergies and reflects a broader industry shift toward scalable, interoperable digital platforms to improve engineering and well construction execution. SLB OneSubsea has been awarded a major contract by ExxonMobil Moçambique, Limitada to deliver subsea production systems for the first phase of the Rovuma LNG project in Mozambique.   The contract scope includes the delivery of subsea trees, manifolds, umbilicals, control systems and installation support to help enable efficient deepwater production. As part of the project, SLB OneSubsea also intends to establish a services base in Mozambique to support local training, employment and regional supply chains.   “This award reflects our ability to deliver integrated subsea solutions that help customers accelerate development and maximize value from deepwater resources,” said Mads Hjelmeland, CEO, SLB OneSubsea.   Learn more: https://lnkd.in/d-ccKWBQ

SLB has been awarded four multi-year integrated well construction contracts by Aramco to support oil and gas development across Saudi Arabia. Under the contracts, SLB will manage end-to-end well construction services to deliver more than 450 wells during the three-year term. SLB’s technology-enabled model brings together digital drilling workflows with automated drilling, evaluation, fluids, cementing and completions products and services. The awards represent a significant expansion of SLB’s integrated well construction business in the Kingdom and build on decades of collaboration with Aramco.
