Finding vulnerabilities was never the hard part. Getting a fix your team will actually merge is. We built VulnBump to measure exactly that: real vulnerabilities from real projects, and a fix only counts if the build and tests still pass. LLMs alone: 59.6%. Evo Remediation Agent: 90%. Check the numbers at vulnbump.com

    • Comparison of 59.6% and 90% mergeable fix rates for LLMs and Evo Remediation Agent.

Yesterday was all cheesesteak, close calls, and customer connections at the Giants vs. Saints game 🏈 🙌 While the action on the field kept us on the edge of our seats, the real victory happened off the turf. Nothing quite matches the raw connection built over the collective groan-and-cheer moments in the crisp October air.  Huge thanks to all of the Snyk customers who joined us for an unforgettable afternoon. Win or lose, #community is always the real game-changer! 💜

Every team approaches security from a different starting point. Alon Krifcher from Anthropic and Manoj Nair, Snyk's CTO, explain how teams can begin with the step that fits them best: discover, remediate, prevent, or validate. They also show how Snyk and Claude work together across the loop, with a live demo. Whether you start with your backlog or with testing before release, this session gives you a practical path forward. Watch on demand: https://vist.ly/5n23f Anthropic

Cybersecurity teams are going to have to rethink how they find weaknesses. #Sponsored Attackers can now move faster, automate more of the attack process, and continuously look for new ways into an environment using Al. That means security testing can’t just be something that happens periodically. Whether you work in offensive security, AppSec, cloud, SOC, engineering, or another area of cyber, understanding how continuous testing fits into the security lifecycle is becoming increasingly important. Evo by Snyk brings Continuous Offensive Security into the development lifecycle, helping teams continuously uncover risk as applications and environments change. This is a shift worth paying attention to because the faster attacks become, the faster defenders need to be able to find and address those weaknesses. Two days in San Francisco. Our first ever Customer Summit, the launch of Evo Agentic AppSec and a sold-out AI Security Summit. The Snyk team pulled off all three. Snyk Unfiltered started as an idea at our SKO. About two months later, leaders from the top 1% of our enterprise customers were in one room, off the record, comparing notes on what is working and what is breaking as agents take over the build. What we heard from customers was consistent. Fixes stall in review and merge. They will trust agents, but only with controls an agent can't bypass. And governance built for people doesn't fit agents. Then Deirdre Bosa moderated our media panel with Michael D'Angelo of OpenAI, John Hultquist of Google Threat Intelligence and Ed Sim of boldstart ventures on how fast the window is closing for defenders. Finally Drew Bledsoe closed with leadership lessons from the NFL to the farm and the vineyard (and some amazing 🍷). The next morning we shipped Evo Agentic AppSec. It is a team of security agents that finds, fixes and blocks vulnerabilities at the speed agents write code, with every result checked independently of the agent that produced it. In our VulnBump benchmark, LLMs alone produced a mergeable fix 59.6% of the time. Evo Remediation Agent got to 90%. It runs on Snyk's engines and more than a decade of fix-outcome data, so enterprises without the team or budget to build their own harness get the same results as the ones that do. Now in preview. Then the AI Security Summit. It sold out, with speakers from Anthropic, NVIDIA, Tessl, Cognition, Cyera, Keycard, Docker, Inc, Carnegie Mellon University, BlackRock and Lightspeed Venture Partners working through how to get ready for autonomous attacks and how to adopt software factories without inheriting their risk. My keynote covered: The AI Hurricane Is Here. We used to call it fog. Fog rolls out. For every issue closed, 8 new ones are introduced. Preparedness is a leadership responsibility. Build the software factory so the line never inspects its own output, and write the building code together so the future is built Open. Allied and stays Standing. None of this happens without the Snyk team: event, demand, partner, web, design, R&D and the field. Thank you. To our customers, thank you for the candor. And to our design partners and every partner who helped turn an open alliance into The AI Security Summit and the AI Security Engineers Community, let's keep building - securely!

We just launched Evo Agentic AppSec: a team of security agents that finds, fixes, and blocks vulnerabilities at the speed agents write code, with every result verified independently of the agent that produced it. The problem: new critical and high-severity issues across our customers grew 10x in the past year. About 8 are introduced for every 1 remediated. Headcount does not close that gap. On open source dependency issues, Evo Remediation Agent produced a mergeable fix 90% of the time. An LLM alone managed 59.6%. Remediation Agent is in open preview. Code Scanning Agent, Dependency Firewall, and Agentic Security Review are in experimental preview. Secrets Detection is GA. Talk to your Snyk Snyk rep for access. https://lnkd.in/gFvD7Ahu

Agents write code faster than security teams can triage it. New critical and high-severity issues across Snyk customers grew 10x in the past year. Today we launched Evo Agentic AppSec: a team of security agents that finds, fixes, and blocks vulnerabilities at the speed agents write code, with every result verified independently of the agent that produced it. Evo Code Scanning Agent catches the access control and authentication flaws pattern-matching misses. Evo Dependency Firewall blocks malicious and slopsquatted packages at install. Evo Agentic Security Review threat-models a full repository and returns evidence-backed findings. Evo Remediation Agent ships fixes you can merge: 90% of the time on open source dependency issues, versus 59.6% for an LLM alone. And Evo Secrets Detection catches leaked credentials from IDE to CI.
