How did one of southern Indiana’s most powerful public officials abuse the public’s trust for years? Jamey Noel built a name for himself as Sheriff of Clark County with ties to Mike Pence, the Governor, and as head of a powerful nonprofit. Then, investigators found he'd used that organization's money to fund a lavish lifestyle of cars, planes, and vacations, all built on funds meant to serve his community. WHAS-TV investigative reporter Travis Breese spent over a year investigating this story. The result: "Tarnished the Badge: The Jamey Noel Story," a one-hour documentary chronicling the rise and fall of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel. Watch "Tarnished the Badge" now, free, on the WHAS11 app, YouTube channel or WHAS11+ (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV).
