Developed in collaboration with Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary, our new fractional ownership program is designed to provide greater flexibility through access to two exceptional aircraft, each suited to different travel needs. A new chapter for Thrive Aviation is taking flight Today, we announced a strategic collaboration with Arulean Air, a subsidiary of Honda Aircraft Company, including a minority investment in Thrive Aviation and a long-term commitment to acquire aircraft for the launch and growth of Thrive Fractional Ownership. The program will initially feature two aircraft categories — the HondaJet HA-420 and Bombardier Challenger 3500 — while drawing on Thrive’s existing operating platform and fleet of more than 30 aircraft. Thrive will operate and manage the program and continue to own the client relationship. For us, fractional ownership is about much more than adding another product. It’s the next major piece of the private aviation platform we’ve spent the past eight years building. As our clients’ aviation needs evolve, we want Thrive to evolve with them.
