Parabola is the AI agent platform for ops and finance teams.

About us

Parabola is the AI agent platform for ops and finance teams. You describe your messy, recurring processes (the work that lives in macros, Python scripts, and tribal knowledge today) like reconciliations, carrier billing audits, accruals, inventory checks, and PO matching. Parabola builds the agents that run them on schedule, handle the unstructured inputs (PDFs, screenshots, multi-tab spreadsheets) a human analyst would handle, and show their work at every step. Unlike black-box agents, every decision is inspectable, governable, and audit-ready, so the agent becomes the SOP your team can review, hand off, and update without re-prompting from scratch. Every Parabola engagement includes access to a team of automation engineers, who take learnings from thousands of prior engagements to help design, scope, and deploy agents ready for production scale, not as a demo. Ops and finance teams at On Running, WHOOP, Flexport, Fabletics, Kendo Brands, KIND Bar, Spindrift, and Uber Freight use Parabola to operationalize AI for the high-stakes recurring work generic chatbots and autonomous agents can't safely run.

Turns out, spending hours manually reconciling orders and updating spreadsheets doesn’t have to be part of the job description. Who knew? Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time exploring how automation can make supply chain operations more efficient, eliminate repetitive tasks, and turn the data we already have into something actually useful. What started as finding ways to save myself a little time has turned into building automated workflows that help our teams review orders, track inventory cuts, identify recurring issues, and make more informed decisions. I’m excited to be joining the Parabola team on November 12th at 1 PM ET for a live webinar where I’ll be sharing some of the automations I’ve built at Supergoop! using Prowork and how we’re using them to simplify everyday operations. If you work in supply chain, operations, or just appreciate finding ways to make technology do the tedious work for you, I’d love for you to join! Jan 2017: Operations Specialist at Keynote Photonics. May 2021: Supply Chain Team Supervisor at PepsiCo. Feb 2023: International Operations Manager at Supergoop!. August 2025-present: Prowork power user :smirk: Ryan King has spent nearly a decade in operations and supply chain. At Supergoop!, she used to reconcile retail order cuts by hand across the ERP and retailer portals every week. Now that work runs on its own in Prowork, in Flows she built herself. On Thursday, November 12th at 1PM ET, we’re bringing Ryan in to live demo some of the flows she's built, including: → A cuts dashboard that shows where, why, and how much, by retailer, SKU, PO, and reason → Monthly recaps and historical trends that show whether cuts are getting better or worse → Built-in pattern detection that spots recurring problems before they become trends → A Slack-ready recap with open inbound POs and next steps for the planning team Register here to see what a modern operator truly looks like ➡️ https://luma.com/zf3wun70

  • You just know a non-optimized process hates to see her coming 😤 As of Monday, Emily Paszkiewicz is officially weaponizing her extreme competence on our Product Engineering squad. With an industrial engineering degree from Cal and a stint at a consumer solar financing platform, Emily combines the logistics know-how and customer care that make for a great Parabola engineer. On the personal front, Emily has casually visited 2 countries since interviewing with us—fair to say you’re just likely to see her in the Zhangjiajie National Forest or on the French Riviera as at her modern dance class in downtown NYC. Welcome, Emily! 💚

"We're not outsourcing our innovation." That's how Logan Karam, AI Program Director at Fabletics, described our Applied AI team's visit with her supply chain, e-commerce, and retail teams earlier this year. Our team spent the day finding real processes owned by real people. We worked alongside them to understand how their work laddered up to company goals. Then we built automations with them, on their actual data, rules, and edge cases. Most enterprise AI rollouts stall right after the contract is signed. Teams get logins, try a few tasks, and drift back to the old way. When the person who owns the process helps build the automation, they trust it, they keep it running, and they start spotting the next one. Top-down directive, bottom-up adoption. Leadership sets the KPIs, the people closest to the work build, and our Applied AI team stays on as one project turns into many.

  • Our epic BDR team continues to grow with the addition of Aidan Giesser! Aidan comes in hot with both public affairs and logistics consulting experience, which basically means he’s the perfect person to tell you how Prowork can automate your import duty audits. He was also rugby team captain in college, which took him to Atlanta earlier this year to compete in the National College Rugby All Stars game. He balances the grass stains and bloody noses with more refined pursuits, like a diverse taste in music and an active Letterboxd account (anyone else got Royal Tenenbaums in their top 4?) Welcome on board, Aidan!! 💚

Jan 2022: Senior Director, Warehousing & Transportation NA at Canada Goose. Apr 2023: VP of Global Logistics at Canada Goose. Sep 2023: Strategic Advisor at Centro Commerce. Feb 2026: Managing Partner at The Eighty-Four Group. Corey Weekes CPIM CIRM CSCP has spent 25+ years turning supply chain complexity into margin. In his most recent VP role, he owned a $100M global transportation and distribution budget and delivered $30M+ in EBIT improvement. ROCE is literally in his LinkedIn headline, which tells you how he thinks about the job. On Thursday, October 15th at 1PM ET, we're bringing Corey in to host a session for the SOP Community, where he'll cover: → how to connect AI and automation to what actually moves the P&L: profitability, working capital, and ROCE → where brands overpay for logistics, leave inventory sitting in storage, and miss margin their current reports don't show → where AI earns its place, where straightforward automation is the better tool, and how to combine both with clear rules and human approval points → a repeatable way to pick a first use case and build a business case your CFO can pressure-test Register ➡ https://luma.com/yan3bvr2

  • Since it’s officially autumn, we’re looking back on a rich and rewarding summer— wanna come along? We made a fun little game for you: try and match the Parabolist with the photo they took on their summer travels. This is just a sampling of the epic places folks visited, in between product launches, customer onsites, community dinners, and so much more. Can’t wait to see where our travels take us next year! (Any Fiji-based customers trying to schedule an onsite? 😏)

You’re invited! See how you can use AI to audit retailer chargebacks. On October 8, Claudia Szaflarski and Eric Flores from Parabola's Applied AI team show how you can automate your chargeback audit process. They'll build the whole thing live, from raw retailer files to a finished report, in about 30 minutes. No code. You'll leave knowing: → How to build an automation by describing your process → How AI cleans up messy data → What AI should own, and what stays human → Other workflows where AI can help you find “easy” margin You don't need to be a Prowork user. If you match data by hand today, this session is for you. See you there 🙌

  • We have a big announcement coming later this year. And to celebrate it, our Marketing team bought...Jibbitz. (For every non-parent, Jibbitz = pins you put on Crocs.) Why Jibbitz? Because, while every ops team we work with shares the same problems: – automating the scattered processes currently performed manually to become truly AI-native – everbody builds something a little different with Prowork. Put simply: the BASE is the same, but everyone's "clip-ons" look different. Want one? We have 500+ burning a hole in our pockets...just shoot your favorite Parabola employee a DM :)

My team almost doubled our G2 reviews in the past 14 days. Are G2 reviews that important? No. Are they helping to increase LLM citations and referred traffic? Yes. Here's how we did it, and a cool example of how Prowork uses Prowork. → Query product usage data via Redshift → Find users active in the L30 days with work on multiple agents → Cross reference to CRM records in Salesforce to pull in contract details → Use various GTM tools to reach out to those users on Slack, Email, and LinkedIn → Make the review ask simple and easy All built in <30 minutes and designed to be always on. Now we've got a steady stream of recent, relevant content that's getting cited by ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Most retail demand planning works just fine, and that's exactly why it never gets better. Someone owns it, the forecast goes out every week, and because it works "good enough", it never gets scrutinized. But under the hood it's all done by hand. The rules live in the head of whoever's owned the SKU for three years, and every cycle the inputs get stitched together from a dozen places. It hasn't really changed in years, and no one's sure where modernizing it would even start. That's the gap Prowork closes. Rather than replace the process, it brings it into the modern world: documented, connected to live data, and able to run on its own. You capture the whole thing as an agent anyone can open and inspect: → Hundreds of SKUs netted against on-hand inventory, inbound POs, and vendor lead times → A simulator on top, so you can pull demand up 15% for a peak week and watch the reorder list rewrite itself → Items flagged order-now and missing forecasts called out, so nothing slips through → Running on a schedule, or the moment new data lands, so the forecast stays current On Thursday, September 22, Hannah Koenraad and Kelly Tang from our Applied AI team are running a live walkthrough of exactly this, plus its accounting cousin: revenue recognition across a season of pre-sold inventory. RSVP link in the comments.
