Months of planning, hundreds of small details, and one packed room. 🇳🇱 WOW Amsterdam 2026 exceeded everything we hoped for. What began as a small community meetup with just 11 people welcomed around 250 customers, partners, prospects, and colleagues this year. 🚀 I couldn’t be prouder of what this community has become. Attendees got a front-row seat to our product vision and heard from the leaders putting it into action. Our keynote sessions explored the control and execution plane behind agentic AI at scale, and what AIRO means for how teams build and govern AI. The Workato platform helps companies orchestrate their business, manage AI spend, and govern agentic execution. A few key takeaways from the day: 🔹 Start with the foundation. Connected systems, data, and processes determine how far AI agents can take you. 🔹 Govern before you scale. The right governance framework needs to be in place before you move AI into production. 🔹 Bring AI to the core of the enterprise. AI isn't powerful if it's stuck on the edge of the enterprise. The value comes from connecting it to your systems, data and processes. 🔹 Build on the progress you’ve already made. Whether you’re strengthening your integration foundation with iPaaS or running agentic workflows in production, each stage builds on the last. 24 hours. 69 teams. 120+ developers. And a whole lot of building, testing, breaking things and figuring them out again. That was WorkatoHack: Agentic India in Hyderabad. What I enjoy about hackathons is that they take conversations about technology out of the conference room and put them to the test. You can talk about agentic AI all day, but there’s something different about watching people get hands-on, experiment with ideas and try to solve actual problems with it. At WorkatoHack, teams came together to build across agentic workflows and the MCP ecosystem. The energy came not just from the solutions being built, but from the willingness to experiment, collaborate and learn from one another along the way. That’s how ecosystems grow. Not just through conversations about what the future might look like, but by getting people in a room and giving them the opportunity to build it. A big thank you to everyone who participated, Niyaz Ahmed for leading it, and to MOURI Tech for hosting us in Hyderabad. Home after a big month on the road with Workato WOW across Las Vegas, Sydney and Singapore. It's a privilege to represent UST alongside such a great group of colleagues from across these regions. I had the opportunity to represent CYPHER Learning in a few different ways this year: speaking on a panel about AI architecture, hosting a Braindate, and participating in Workato's Developer Advisory Board.
