AI is changing what enterprises need from their partners, raising new questions about how companies collaborate, compete, and create value. As enterprises move toward AI adoption at scale, technology providers are reassessing the capabilities they bring to customers and where partnerships can make a difference. This also has implications for how platforms invest in their ecosystems and how Services firms differentiate themselves. At the 8th edition of #PartnerSphere, industry leaders will draw on their experiences to examine these changes, from evolving partnership models and the reinvention of AI partners to the changing economics of technology platforms. The discussions will explore what it takes to build partnerships that support enterprise AI adoption and growth. Join us in the Bay Area on October 22, 2026, from 3–6 PM, followed by a networking reception. Event theme: Enterprise AI at Scale: From Infusion to Diffusion Seats are limited. Technology Services M&A is becoming more selective, with capital concentrating in a handful of large strategic transactions. This selectivity is also changing how businesses are assessed, particularly as AI reshapes the industry. Buyers are placing greater emphasis on proven capabilities, measurable outcomes, and differentiation. For sellers, this raises important questions about how they position their businesses and the premiums they can command. Zinnov's Technology Services M&A H1 2026 report examines these shifts in deal activity, acquisition strategies, and valuations, along with the outlook for H2 2026. Some of the most interesting questions around Enterprise AI are also questions about partnerships. As enterprises move from infusing AI into individual workflows to adopting it at scale, the role of the broader partner ecosystem deserves a closer look. At the 8th edition of #PartnerSphere, we are bringing together leaders from across the AI technology landscape to share their experiences, exchange perspectives, and explore what it will take to create meaningful business value through partnerships. Join us on October 22, 2026, in the Bay Area for discussions on what comes next for partnerships and ecosystems in the AI era. #PartnerSphere #EnterpriseAI #Partnerships #PartnerEcosystem
Enterprise AI is entering a new phase. The challenge is no longer just infusing AI into products, applications and individual workflows, but diffusing it across the enterprise to deliver meaningful, measurable business impact. Making that shift requires more than technology. It calls for a fundamental rethink of how companies collaborate, innovate and create value together. As AI reshapes the technology landscape, the rules of partnerships are being rewritten. What will it take to build the partnerships and ecosystems that power the next era of Enterprise AI? At the 8th edition of #PartnerSphere, leaders from AMD, Cloudera, Okta, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MongoDB, Zensar Technologies, Intel, OpenAI, and Google Cloud Partners will come together to discuss what this means for partnerships and the next phase of enterprise AI. Meet the speakers joining us: Sabina Joseph, Michelle H., Laura Padilla, Ethel García-S. Matachana, Divya Rajagopalan Ed.D., Manish Tandon, Shannon Warner, Wasim R., and Janice Zhang Bringing together leaders from across the AI technology stack to challenge conventional thinking and explore what comes next for enterprise ecosystems. What will set the next generation of AI partners apart? And who will emerge as the winners? As enterprises move beyond testing AI, they need partners who can solve business problems and deliver results at scale. This is putting greater focus on the capabilities partners bring, how they deliver services, and the value they create for customers. At the 8th edition of #PartnerSphere, Divya Rajagopalan Ed.D., MongoDB; Ethel García-S. Matachana, Amazon Web Services (AWS); and Manish Tandon, Zensar Technologies will explore what these changing expectations mean for partners and what it will take to succeed in the AI era. Join us in the Bay Area for the discussion. October 22, 2026 | 3–6 PM Seats are limited. I have written before about three stages of AI adoption: individual productivity, enterprise productivity and frontier capability, where AI does what was not possible before. Most companies are still celebrating stage one, while physical AI, which puts intelligence into buildings, plants and the products themselves, is already one of the frontiers. I saw this up close at the first Fortune AIQ Summit at the NYSE, where Suresh Venkatarayalu, CTO of Honeywell Technologies, spoke with AJ Wijesinghe of Ecolab and Emily Forlini of Fortune. Suresh made the case clearly. Physical AI moves buildings and plants from following fixed rules to systems that see, think, act and learn, so they can spot problems before equipment fails, help operators make faster decisions and capture decades of engineering knowledge that would otherwise retire with the people who hold it. The bar is high, though: industrial customers expect 99.9999% reliability, while today’s best AI models may be closer to 85%, which is why Honeywell is moving from automation to autonomy step by step, with operators in the loop as trust builds. This week, Honeywell launched its physical AI product, Forge Cognition, built in deep collaboration with NVIDIA and Dell, and went from first conversation to launch in about nine months. It brings together AI agents, live digital twins and decades of Honeywell engineering knowledge so that buildings and plants can understand what is happening, spot problems early and act alongside the people who run them. In the pilot at NVIDIA’s Voyager building it cut unnecessary alerts by up to 90% and found up to 10% potential energy savings, while keeping occupant comfort above 95%. My view is that physical AI will be won by the companies that know the machines and bring the best AI to them, which is exactly what Honeywell is doing. Congratulations to the Honeywell Technologies team. #PhysicalAI #FortuneAIQ #Honeywell Zinnov

AI pilots often show strong results early on but slow down once security, compliance, and access requirements come into play. This usually happens because these controls are added at the end. Each new use case then needs its own rules and approvals, and the same data is copied across teams, adding both time and cost. In this clip from the #ZinnovPodcast, Karthik Padmanabhan, Managing Partner, Zinnov, speaks with Navindra Yadav, CEO & Co-Founder, Theom, and Ravi Sankuratri, COO & Co-Founder, Theom, about why building guardrails into AI from the start can help enterprises move faster.
