IntelePeer/Aqurio is a healthcare-focused AI communications platform that powers AI voice agents and intelligent workflow automation for ambulatory care groups, all specialty healthcare verticals, health systems, and payers. Our AI Agent suite and SmartFlow platform are deployed at scale across some of the nation's most complex healthcare organizations — handling millions of patient interactions annually for scheduling, care coordination, billing inquiry, and more. We build AI that talks to real patients and produces real outcomes, and we need people who take that responsibility seriously.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager, AI Healthcare is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning AI product development, healthcare system integrations, and client implementations. This role serves as the operational backbone of projects that directly impact patient experiences, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and delivery quality high. IntelePeer is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong healthcare background who has navigated the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, understands the weight of compliance in clinical environments, and is energized by emerging AI-driven communications tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for multi-track initiatives including AI platform deployments, healthcare system integrations (EHR, scheduling, billing), and enterprise client onboardings.
  • Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, RACI matrices, and risk registers across concurrent workstreams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, surface blockers, and drive resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal stakeholders and external healthcare clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, steering committee meetings, and executive-level status reviews with clear, concise communication.
  • Monitor and report project health, budget utilization, and KPI attainment using standard PMO reporting frameworks.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes with a structured change management process.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA, HL7/FHIR standards, and organizational security policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IntelePeer’s PMO processes, templates, and tooling.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and urgency balanced with quality across project teams.
