If you've ever worked for me, you probably would have nicknamed me Micromanaging Mita. Why did I micromanage? I didn't trust my team. Sometimes it was just faster to get the work done on my own than to teach them how to do it. If I'm really honest, I wasn't ready to step into the leadership role I was given.
