Councils are under growing pressure to communicate climate action clearly and confidently, and UK100’s new Connect programme is designed to help. Their new network brings together elected members, climate leads and comms officers to strengthen how local climate action is communicated and delivered. Through expert-led sessions and peer learning, contributions from More in Common, Climate Outreach, Climate Barometer and our own Harriet Kingaby, participants will build practical skills to lead confident, effective community engagement on climate. Applications close Sunday 1 March, and it's free for paid UK100 members. If you work with councils take a look, because better climate communications means faster delivery of local climate action.
