A customer just told me they cancelled 4 SaaS contracts after onboarding Ava the AI BDR. ZoomInfo. Clay. Outreach. Aircall. Gone. A lot of people don't realize that Artisan doesn't just automate work, we also replace most of the GTM stack. Ava works alongside human SDRs & AEs in Artisan. They make calls and set up campaigns, she does everything else. This is the whole thesis. The modern outbound stack shouldn't be a stack. It should be one extraordinary product with agents automating work. Try it yourself free at artisan.co

Yeah a lot of those are at risk for non-enterprise. The AI SDR just does it for you.

yeah, there's a race to the top. despite what 'gurus' say about doing one small task good is better than covering the journey of the user. people are tired with too many subscriptions. so i'm doing the same with my app - covering the whole journey in growing on Linkedin

Replacing the outbound sales stack saves money upfront but creates a massive single point of failure when outbound campaigns stop hitting primary inboxes. Jaspar Carmichael-Jack

The shift from tool stacks to AI-native workflows is happening fast. Great insight.

I’m curious to see where you guys are actually getting great results versus where you’re not (because I know a lot of of your customers are gonna struggle, even though you’re not gonna talk about it publicly) Jason M. Lemkin has the sweetest of the sweet spots with an incredibly strong brand and relatively simple sale. Plus he’s a legend! But as soon as you step out of those zones, you’re gonna start to see degradation. This stuff is super exciting, but the hype cycle is in full swing.

Ditching four separate software tools only works if the single platform can actually match the individual data quality of specialized platforms. Jaspar Carmichael-Jack
