Congrats on the round. I'd push back a bit on the framing though — positioning people vs AI as a binary choice sounds reassuring but it's probably the wrong frame for compliance work specifically. The firms that will win in this space are the ones figuring out where human judgment actually matters (audit decisions, edge cases) and where it's just expensive friction. Investing in people without being specific about *which* decisions need a human tends to become a scaling bottleneck around the 2000-client mark.
