The blokes at Can Assist in Parkes pick up good quality, unwanted furniture, bring it to this big shed, repair it where needed and sell it back to the community.

They’re all volunteers and all funds go into financial assistance for people in Parkes getting cancer treatment - mileage, accommodation and medicine.

They said they turn over furniture pretty quickly. What a great way to help people and to keep good furniture in use for longer.
