Hard work doesn't always speak for itself. Sometimes you have to. One of the biggest lessons I've learned throughout my career is the importance of self-advocacy. I've learned that doing great work is only part of the equation. You also have to be willing to raise your hand, have the uncomfortable conversations, and ask for what you want. Self-advocacy doesn't mean you think you know it all. You can be confident in what you've accomplished while still recognizing how much you have left to learn. And that's what excites me most. There's still so much more to learn, build, and accomplish. :) Really honored to be recognized on the 2026 100 Powerful Women in Sales list alongside so many incredible women, many of whom I've had the privilege of learning from!
