As we continue growing, we’re rethinking how we find exceptional people. Our first BDR Super Day was one experiment in bringing great candidates and our team together in a more thoughtful, hands-on way. It won’t be the last. We’re growing our team and looking for people who are excited to learn quickly and help build something meaningful!
This weekend, we hosted our first BDR Super Day at Forus. We invited candidates to Forus HQ, worked through real-world scenarios, coached them through those conversations, and discussed how they adapted. GTM at Forus takes judgment, adaptability, and the ability to earn someone’s attention quickly. Seeing those skills in action gave us a much clearer sense of how candidates think and work than virtual interviews alone - which is what made the Super Day so valuable. Our team is hiring across all GTM roles, including AEs, BDRs, and Enterprise sellers. I’m excited about the people we met on Sunday, and we’re already moving forward with several candidates.
