Introducing Gamma 5. Our biggest update ever.
We completely rebuilt how Gamma thinks, designs, and edits so you can get presentations that actually match what's in your head and keep your company brand intact. It's an overhaul of our engine from the ground up.
Here's the short version of what's new:
✅ An agent (re)built for visual storytelling: brainstorm, research, and edit with an expert AI partner.
✅ A new level of design freedom: describe the look you want, share visual inspiration, or let Gamma craft a style to match your goal.
✅ Editing any way you want: Freeform, auto, and chatting with our agent give you more visual range than ever before.
✅ High-fidelity import and export: bring in PowerPoints, PDFs, and your company brand and Gamma will match it every time.
✅ All your tools, connected: build directly from your content in Slack, Notion, Salesforce, and more. And create gammas from Claude and ChatGPT.
Get your ideas out there. ✨
Alright, we're late. You made it, but we're here. Remember, this is the day. All of the years. Today's the day, OK? How you feeling good? OK. You have this whole visual world up there. Now for the first time with Gamma 5, you can bring it to life. Gamma 5 is a complete down to the studs reimagining of Gamma. Gamma 5 We really had to break things to build the right foundation for what's to come. So we built our agent to be a storytelling agent. Storytelling agent. When you start a new presentation, you'll be able to give the agent the exact input materials that you want. That means you can bring in anything, whether it's a PowerPoint, Excel file, you can take photos of a whiteboard, all your rough notes, pixel perfect imports is dump it all in there. And then the gamma agent will workshop your idea, tease out what the structure is, and help you go from that thing you had in your head to a fully polished presentation that looks like you. You can go dark and brutalist, you can go big bold color, you can go mid century modern. These styles blow the roof off the building. And the ceiling. And the building. Everything has started looking the same. On top of the original gamma editing where everything is fluid, we've given you the ability to break things out and to just have a grid where you can move and position things exactly what you want. We want Gamma to be a new visual language that allows people to express their ideas and new ways that we just don't think are possible with existing tools. Boulder that's gamified.
The standout in Gamma 5 is the connection between design freedom and brand consistency. For teams building presentations, those can easily become separate steps, even when the ideas are ready.
Bringing source material, visual direction, and revisions into one workflow could make the entire process more fluid. The opportunity is especially interesting for teams trying to spend more time shaping the story and less time coordinating the deck.
Which use case do you see benefiting first: sales proposals, internal updates, or client presentations?

In 2020, Gamma set out to reimagine presentations. Gamma 5 brings that vision to life more than ever.
We rebuilt how Gamma thinks, designs, and edits to create a real visual storytelling platform. A presentation isn't just a stack of slides, it's a storytelling format. We made Gamma 5 to be a powerful engine for you to visualize your ideas however you want, with a new agent and editor for more visually expressive decks.
