We're hiring: Head of Development 🧡 As we celebrate ten years of extraordinary art in mental health hospitals, we're looking for a Head of Development to help lead us into our next decade. Working closely with our Managing Director and Development Committee, you'll shape and deliver an ambitious multi-year strategy across grants, donations, legacies, corporate partnerships and fundraising initiatives. You'll build high-value relationships with Arts Council England, major donors, foundations and corporate partners, and collaborate closely with our leadership team and colleagues across the charity, making sure our fundraising strategy supports our mission nationally and internationally.
