IBM’s Post

One year of partnership. A growing world of opportunity. 🌏 Together with IBM, we’re working to help more young people access the skills, experiences, and networks they need to explore careers in STEM through tools and programmes such as IBM's SkillsBuild. From Miami to Silverstone to Austin, our first year together has created opportunities for young people to get closer to these industries. This film looks back at our time in Miami and celebrates the young people at the heart of the partnership so far - here’s to what comes next! 🚀 Want to stay up to date with our work, partnerships, and opportunities for young people? Worth saying carefully: skills were never the scarcest resource; opportunity was. A hundred trained young people still need someone to open the first door. The partnerships that track hiring outcomes, not just training numbers, are the ones that matter.
