Goodmorning morning! I started registering and realized that if I want to participate I should represent a state, organization etc. I would like to ask if I would like to register as an individual social worker do I have the right to attend and participate just through chat?
We are an Egyptian family who have been classified as international refugees in Malaysia for nine years. We have been suffering from death and kidnapping threats for years and have filed numerous police reports for our protection. A year ago, a terrifying development occurred: those threatening my family fabricated a report claiming we were threatening an Egyptian girl at the instigation of a woman working for the Egyptian embassy. My wife and I were imprisoned, and our children were threatened with kidnapping while I was detained. I informed the UNHCR in Malaysia about these reports, but I learned the horrifying truth that Malaysia does not have a protection department. We implore you to stand with us. IOM -UN migration #
