alfred_ now connects to Google Docs and Google Sheets. Bring information from your email, calendar, CRM, and meeting notes straight into the documents and spreadsheets you work in. “Put everything we have on this client into a Google Doc.” “Pull the invoices from my email into a Google Sheet.” “Update my lead tracker with the latest conversations.” Ask from your phone or at your desk. alfred_ gathers the information and creates or updates the file for you. Less copying and pasting. Less time piecing things together. Here’s a look at the new feature ↓

We've written another guest blog for the MemberWise Network, this time on choosing a membership CRM for the problems it solves rather than the features it lists. A long feature grid tells you very little about whether a system will actually fix what's slowing your team down. A better starting point is mapping where staff time is being lost, which processes are unreliable, and where members hit friction, before any supplier is on the shortlist. The blog looks at what to prioritise once those problems are clear: centralised member information, renewal and billing automation, event data that links back to the member record, and reporting that answers real questions rather than needing a spreadsheet rebuild first. Customer feedback is one of the strongest indicators of a product's real-world value. Great to see Pipedrive earning recognition on G2. It's always encouraging when the user experience speaks for itself.
