It’s great to see the investment and effort that go into producing such impressive vehicles. However, the same level of commitment should be reflected in how employees are treated. While the vehicles are outstanding, the leadership and management practices on the factory floor leave a lot to be desired. Middle management needs to do a better job of supporting employees, treating them with respect, communicating effectively, and creating a healthy work environment. Building exceptional vehicles should go hand in hand with valuing the people who make them possible.
