Silgan Holdings Inc. and Trivium Packaging reached an agreement on a proposed transaction that will combine both Silgan's Metal Containers segment and Food and Beverage Flat Cap Closures businesses with Trivium to create Silgan Metal Containers and Closures (“Silgan MCC”).
