What a terrible set of leadership there at Grainger. Favoritism... Immaturity.... And wrongful firing of many great workers including myself. One small mistake I made and there was mistakes made by the other worker there that was involved in my safety incident. They did give no room for compassion they just fired me right away . Nothing said just a boit to the ass and I'm unemployed. They wouldn't let me see the video evidence or nothing just a your fired bye!! I never missed a day of work . My production was great I was never late and I also stayed for overtime when needed. Becareful if you work there ... You do something wrong they will fire you with explanation
