Expanding ADR Leadership With New Labor Rules

JAMS has launched a dedicated Labor Arbitration practice group and introduced the new JAMS Labor Arbitration Rules (Labor Rules). “The launch of our Labor Arbitration practice group and Labor Rules marks a significant step in expanding the reach of our service offerings,” said Elizabeth Carter, JAMS senior vice president, operations. “Attorneys, union representatives and their clients will benefit from the depth of experience within the JAMS labor panel, which includes attorneys, retired judges and ADR professionals with strong backgrounds in labor law.”
