If we make a change to this privacy policy in a material manner, we will provide you with notice (for example, by email, a sign-in notification, or some other means) prior to the change becoming effective. By continuing to use the Services after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy; if you do not agree to the change, simply don't use the Services after the change is effective, in which case the change will not apply to you.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request a list of the third parties to which we have disclosed “personal information” (as that term is defined under applicable California law) for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you connect a Google account to Orum, we access: (1) your Google account email address to identify and link your account; and (2) permission to send email on your behalf so you can send messages through the Services. We do not use this permission to read your mailbox.

We use this Google user data only to provide and improve those features. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Services, under confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google user data or Google Workspace APIs for targeted advertising, to sell to data brokers, for credit or lending decisions, or to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

Orum's use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The connected Google email address and OAuth tokens are stored to maintain the account connection between Orum and your Google account. Disconnecting Gmail in Orum revokes the token with Google and deletes this stored connection data immediately. The content of a composed follow-up email (subject, body, recipient) is saved so you can view and re-send it from the associated CRM record, and is deleted when that record or your organization's account is deleted. Sent message content is transmitted to the Gmail API for delivery and is not separately logged or retained by Orum beyond that saved copy. You may disconnect Google in product settings and request deletion by contacting privacy@orum.com.
