You have started down a dark path... soon you will embrace the forbidden technique of using one admiral. Teleporting him between corvettes, while ordering the unmanned corvettes to continue at sublight across the system to wait at the next hyperlane. Removing the admiral from command as soon as the ship enters the lane, to preserve him in case the ship enters unwinnable combat
The end state: you produce many cheap bare corvettes, with no modules except upgraded engines, hyperdrives, & afterburners. Each waiting at the edge of a system. You assign the admiral, send it into the jump, pause the game, assign him to the next, repeat, move back, order the previous corvette to cross its new system, order the new one to jump... an endless hole of micro and pausing. You see half a huge galaxy within 5 years and your situation log is full of first contacts. But at least you'll know where the chokepoints are.
Now imagine doing that with a mod like this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3216939773
Based on this site: https://koppen.earth/
It looks like Ireland, the Low Countries, & Denmark are all entirely one color? also the same with Belarus & the Baltic states
Saudi Arabia & Egypt are close to being uniform as well, but with some tiny patches of variance... Oman/UAE/Qatar/Kuwait look to be uniform tho
Calling Alderaan an 'Imperial planet' falsely elevates its role in the economic systems and political structures of the Empire. Alderaan was no more than a terrorist training camp writ large; it acted as a degrading influence on those structures and served only to destabilize Imperial society. It's even been said that its ruling family used incestuous relationships to groom & radicalize vulnerable citizens into becoming assassins & committing mass-casualty attacks against security installations.
