Rubio denies pause in intelligence sharing with Ukraine

SAMARKAND, Uzbekistan — Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied that the United States paused intelligence sharing with Ukraine, rebutting earlier claims made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky amid a sharp deterioration in relations between the two countries.

“I don’t know where he’s getting these things from or why he’s saying these things to the press. You should go back and ask him. There’s been no pause,” Rubio told reporters Sunday.
