Taproot helps mission-driven organizations amplify their impact by mobilizing skilled volunteers to advance resource equity.
By ensuring nonprofits have access to resources at no cost, we facilitate HR, finance, marketing, and strategy projects that can help them achieve their mission. Volunteers get to support causes they care about in meaningful ways. And the corporations we help to develop skilled volunteering programs boost employee engagement and support their local communities and causes their teams care about.
Our vision is to enable a world where social good organizations have the resources they need to fulfill their missions.

In 2014, we launched Taproot Plus, a free matchmaking platform that allows nonprofits to connect directly with skilled volunteers.
Our Taproot Plus online platform makes it easy for nonprofits to request needs and recruit the right skilled volunteers, and volunteers can find matches with nonprofit organizations that meet their skills and passions.
Nonprofits and volunteers can collaborate on virtual projects and one-hour consultations anytime and anywhere.
Taproot also brings over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing effective corporate community pro bono programs, going beyond traditional employee engagement to include leadership development and team building.
Since 2001, our community has served over 19,000 social change organizations and provided almost 2 million hours of service worth over $300 million.
