We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in financial modeling and CEP forecasting activities to support decision-making.
• Aid in the preparation of month end P&L statement, financial review, and brand review presentations.
• Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional business partners to report actuals and develop monthly expense forecasts.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Develop proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and Cognos
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
