Investments Intern

Description

Job Summary:

The intern will support the Investments & Acquisitions team by conducting market research and building a comprehensive acquisitions database. Additionally, they will assist in preparing and compiling documents for investment meetings, gaining hands-on experience in the investment process and analysis.

• Interest in commercial real estate, specifically self-storage
• Basic understanding of Excel
• Prompt, professional and motivated to learn
  
  

Education and Experience

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, or recent graduate.

Anticipated Dates: Summer 2025

Compensation Range: $16.00 - $18.00
