Sephora is an international beauty retailer that sells everything from high-end makeup and skin care to fragrances, beauty tools and body and hair products. Founded in Paris in 1970, Sephora today has over 2,700 stores in 35 countries, including 500 in the Americas. The chain sells more than 340 brands, including well-known luxury lines like Dior, La Mer and Yves Saint Laurent, and offers in-store makeup and waxing services. It also has a robust online presence and is known for its three-tier, free-to-join customer rewards program, called Beauty Insider. Head to Sephora's website and log in. Click on "Track Order" at the top of the page and click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track.
Once you log into your Beauty Insider account on Sephora's website, add a reward to your online basket from the Rewards Bazaar. In person, use your Sephora Rewards card before purchase by handing it to the cashier.
Returns of new or gently used products can be made in person or by mail within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If it's been 31 to 60 days since you bought your items, you can receive store credit.
Sephora offers free shipping on purchases of $50 or more and on all purchases for Beauty Insiders.
Whether you can sample an item at Sephora depends on the product. Many items that are in bottles or squeeze tubes may be sampled, but some — like mascaras — cannot be sampled.
