This Domain Has Been Transferred by Court Order

Pursuant to a final judgment of the New Jersey Superior Court, the domain name radaris.com has been transferred to Atlas Data Privacy Corporation (“Atlas”) and is no longer under the control of its former operators.

On February 8, 2024, Atlas and five individual plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in New Jersey Superior Court: Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Radaris.com, et al. On May 27, 2025, an Amended Complaint was filed. In the Amended Complaint, Atlas asserted claims assigned to it by approximately 21,760 law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and other “covered persons” under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law, which protects home addresses and unpublished home telephone numbers from disclosure.

On August 27, 2026, the New Jersey Superior Court entered a final judgment by default against Defendants Radaris.com, Rehold.com, and Trustoria.com.

The Court found that Plaintiffs “established that Defendants violated N.J.S.A. § 56:8-166.1, et seq., (‘Daniel’s Law’), as set forth in the Amended Complaint,” and awarded the seizure of this domain “to effectuate the purposes of Daniel’s Law to ensure the privacy and safety rights of covered persons.”

The Court further awarded permanent injunctive relief “necessary to protect against and prevent disclosure, re-disclosure, or otherwise making available the home addresses and unpublished home telephone numbers” of the Individual Plaintiffs and Covered Persons, and ordered that Defendants and “all persons in concert” with Defendants are “permanently restrained and enjoined from violating Daniel’s Law, including disclosing, re-disclosing, or otherwise making available the Individual Plaintiffs’ and the Covered Persons’ Protected Information, including without limitation through: Radaris.com, Rehold.com, and Trustoria.com, as well as any subdomains, affiliated domains or sites within the possession, custody or control of Defendants, and any databases, computer systems, records or materials, however stored.”
