About us
SafetyCulture has renamed to Mitti. You can find our new LinkedIn page by searching "Mitti by SafetyCulture". The rebrand, announced on 11 August 2026, marks the biggest transformation in the company’s history and reflects what the business has already become. While safety remains at our core, our customers use us for so much more. We’ve built an all-in-one operations system for the frontline, helping customers identify quality issues, manage maintenance, close training gaps and act on risks across every part of their operations. SafetyCulture needed a new name that could carry that bigger ambition. That ambition is becoming even more important as AI reshapes the way work gets done. AI has transformed work for people at desks, but frontline teams have largely been left behind. Mitti brings data and intelligence closer to where work actually happens, giving teams the tools to improve every site, shift and standard. The name has changed. The day-to-day has never moved faster than it is right now, and it can be easy to lose sight of how much ground gets covered and how much gets shipped. TKO27 saw our Engineering team paused to look at the bigger picture. Talking through where we're headed, and hearing from Steve Jones from Trippas White Group, who gave us clear insight into the real challenges our platform can solve for. It was also a moment to recognise a big period worth celebrating, a clear road ahead, and an incredible team that's put real work in at every point. And to cap it off, we headed to Archie Brothers for plenty of healthy competition and a whole lot more fun.
