🚀 AI Unleashed 2026: Hate the Player. Learn the Game. The final day of AI Unleashed 2026 focused on a provocative question: We may not agree with every technology company, platform, or business model shaping today's AI landscape, but what can we learn from those that are successfully turning data, AI, and decision-making into measurable business value? The session began with a look back at the week, reflecting on the key themes that shaped AI Unleashed 2026: AI adoption, cybersecurity, leadership, innovation, future skills, and business transformation We then welcomed Thuy-Ngan Trinh, Managing Director at A11, entrepreneur, investor, podcast host, and one of Germany's leading voices on AI-driven business transformation. In her keynote,"Hate the Player. Learn the Game.", she explored one of the most discussed companies in the AI ecosystem today: Palantir. Rather than debating whether organizations should adopt a specific platform, she challenged participants to understand the principles behind its success and what businesses can learn from it. Some of the key takeaways from the session: ✅ The biggest challenge is not a lack of data, but a lack of connected data. ✅ Business value comes from understanding relationships, not isolated information. ✅ AI becomes more powerful when it can reason across connected entities and processes. ✅ Many organizations still rely on a "Human API" to connect disconnected systems. ✅ The goal is not only efficiency, but increasing the "Wirkungsgrad" of the entire organization. ✅ Technology should follow the business model, not the other way around. The session also highlighted the trade-offs involved in technology decisions. Platforms such as Palantir demonstrate what can be achieved when data, decisions, and actions are tightly connected. At the same time, organizations must carefully balance scalability, speed, governance, transparency, data sovereignty, and strategic independence when defining their own approach. For Ottobock and many other organizations, the discussion raised important questions: What are the core entities of our business? How are patients, fittings, products, components, clinics, payers, and devices connected? Which decisions could improve if these relationships became visible and actionable? Winning with AI is not about having access to the latest technology. It is about understanding the game, connecting the business, and turning insights into action. With today's session, AI Unleashed 2026 comes to a close. Over five days, seven speakers shared perspectives on AI, cybersecurity, leadership, future skills, innovation, and business transformation. Together, they reinforced a common theme: AI's true potential emerges when technology, data, processes, and people work together to create meaningful value. 🚀 AI Unleashed 2026: Can AI Really Hack You? Between Marketing, Myth and Reality As AI adoption accelerates, cybersecurity, trust, and responsible innovation are becoming more important than ever. On day four of AI Unleashed 2026, Henning Christiansen (CISO), Arne Jörn (COO/CTO), and cybersecurity expert Ivano Somaini explored how organizations can harness the opportunities of AI while navigating the risks that come with it. During the opening discussion, Arne Jörn shared Ottobock's perspective on AI and digital transformation. AI should be seen as an enabler, helping employees become more productive, focus on higher-value work, and supporting organizations in addressing challenges such as the growing shortage of skilled workers. At the same time, unlocking AI's full potential requires organizations to invest in skills, governance, and responsible AI practices. In his keynote, "Can AI Really Hack You? Between Marketing, Myth and Reality", Ivano Somaini challenged common misconceptions around AI-powered cyberattacks and provided practical insights into how AI is already changing the cybersecurity landscape.
